Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by an additional business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location, package size, weight, and selected shipping method.

We use FedEx to provide real-time shipping rates and delivery estimates.

Estimated delivery times vary depending on the shipping service selected and destination.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your FedEx tracking number.
Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active.

For international shipments:

Incorrect Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for shipments delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
